Field is a tiered serving tray with rotating timber plains. Designed by Australian design-icon Helen Kontouris, the tray was inspired by the 10,000-year-old history of agriculture carved into cultivated landscapes. From an aerial view, the natural timber grains represent the stratum forms of landscape terrains. The purposeful rotating timber tiers invite a tradition of food sharing, and bringing people together. Field is Australian-made using a combination of hand turned and machined manufacturing and is oiled and assembled in Queensland. All selected timbers are FSC certified. Currently available in Oak. Tiers can be dissembled for easy storage.
