This Stone Flowers Garden Art Dragonfly is a one of a kind, hand chipped stone sculpture made from Ohio Sandstone. It is one of our most popular products! Approximate dimensions: 27″ from head to tail and has a 27” wingspan. The thickness of the stone is about 2-2 1/4 “ and It weighs about 30 lbs. The stones usually start out a grayish color but will take on a beautiful natural patina over time. (See pictures of dragonfly inlay in sandstone patio) Installation is simple. I provide a diagram and installation instructions with each order. Pick a spot..level the spot and arrange the pieces according to the diagram. The pieces should be set close together to keep the overall effect intact. They can be set in a garden bed with dirt and mulch , or in gravel. They can be incorporated into a walkway, patio or wall. You can use them as memorials for family, friends or a beloved pet! (See the Koi in the gallery photo. They were engraved with the names of military brothers who have passed on.
