Always refer to candle care guide before burning a candle.  🌱They are hand poured to order  using eco friendly and vegan friendly ingredients and packed in biodegradable or recyclable packaging. None of the products used to make our candles have been tested on animals. INGREDIENTS: 100% SOY WAX, FRAGRANCE OIL , DYE , COTTON WICK. 〰️Please allow slight color difference due to different monitors and lighting environments. 〰️Due to being hand poured to order, each candle will be unique, air bubbles may be present. 〰️If the colour intensity won’t be mentioned in a note with your order, we will use our best judgment to choose this for you.   〰️Sometimes candles may develop frosting wich is a natural effect in vegetable waxes that will give a stone effect to your candle.  This appears because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn’t affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.  🌸Fragrances : we use the maximum load of Fragrance oils in our candles. Every scent is unique and some of them may smell stronger than others. Learn more about our fragrances here https://www.jeunehome.com/fragrancelist . ♻️Packaging: No plastic packaging- we use cardboard boxes, tissue paper and paper bubble wrap to pack our candles and snug them in water soluble cornstarch peanuts.   We are committed to reduce waste and we are reusing most of the packing items we receive from our suppliers, so if your order arrives in an odd box, that is the reason.   🕯Candle care: While unlit , keep your candles away from dust, direct sunlight or heat sources; heat can melt your candles and they might lose shape. If dropped, the candle will break or chip.  〰️Do not apply force on your candles and do not force them into candle holder or they will break. 〰️Please allow 2 weeks from the arrival date should you decide to burn your candles as they are made to order and they need this time to cure completely for an optimal burn. 〰️Before burning your candles please respect our candle burn instructions that come with your candles. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to inaccurate burning time, heat damage, injuries, and fire. 〰️Our sculptural candles  will burn for a shorter time than the candles in jars, this is due to their unique shapes. 〰️Wax spillage is expected, make sure you place them  on a heat resistant, deep tray or dish.  〰️Soy wax does not release toxins when lit. ⚠️Candle safety: Keep away from children and pets. Don’t let a burning candle unsupervised. Don’t burn candles on shelves or near anything that can catch fire. Never go to sleep with a candle still burning, and never leave a burning candle in a child’s bedroom. 👩🏼‍💻Processing: We are working as fast as we can to get your orders dispatched in time. Processing time means the time we need to make and send out your candles. After a parcel is dispatched, it usually takes 2-4 days for it to be delivered but in some parts of England, Royal Mail is experiencing some delay, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You can upgrade your delivery at checkout but our processing time remains the same.  ⏎Returns : Due to the fact that all our scultptural candles are custom poured  to order with a scent and colour of your choice, we don’t accept returns for this item but please get in touch should you have any problem and we’ll do our best to solve your issue.  Lost and Stolen Parcels: We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after delivery. Parcels Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to the sender due to delivery issues ( incomplete or wrong address, not being called for etc), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Jeune Home won’t accept postal fees incurred upon reception of a returned parcel.
