I worked so hard for many weeks to bring this lil”mama back to life… and Boy-hidy how she ROCKS! I can only imagine how many amazing stories she could share over the course of her 200 yr journey. This Rocker has been completely stripped to her bare bones, sanded down and polished back to life. I used premium Brown cowhide (hair on hide) with a unique white strip down the center which I LOVE! I also used a bright Navajo woven wool rug to add just the right color & character to this amazing piece! Whoever decides to purchase this rare One of a Kind rocker I know will be one special person! I always design “One of a Kind” pieces keeping true to the lines and details each chair brings with it. I never like to erase the character one might find scarred in the wood or broken in the lines, but rather embrace the old with the new bringing to life a beautiful new free spirit.
