NOTE: There is no border on the print, it is printed full-bleed (edge to edge). Prints do not come matted or framed. The frames are NOT included and are used for visualization purposes only. No watermark will appear on the actual product. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: By purchasing from our shop you have read and agree to our shop policies. TURNAROUND TIME: Although it may change during busy times of the year, our turnaround time is normally 1-3 business days. TRACKING: We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the delivery method and other tracking information as soon as your item ships. PACKAGING: Small Prints are delivered flat packed and larger sizes are rolled in securely packed tube containers. We’ve taken great care to choose the most protective method of handling and delivering your order. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Any mistakes, inaccurate addresses, incomplete unit numbers, or missing unit numbers that are not recorded in the mailing address are the responsibility of the customer. Motifs and Prints will not be held responsible and will not issue refunds if the package is lost or not delivered as a result of a customer’s error. Therefore, please double-check your mailing address information. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico. If you live in one of these locations, we’d love to change this policy in the future if possible, so stay tuned for updates. DAMAGED ITEM: We handled your order with the care and attention it deserves, but unfortunately sometimes it gets damaged in transit. Please send us a photo of the packaging tube and the damaged print. We will issue a replacement once the damage has been verified. RETURN AND EXCHANGE: Since we only print per order basis, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the wrong item or size being ordered. Please make sure you double-check your order before placing it. If the item or size you receive does not match what you ordered, please give me a message and we will gladly replace the item if the error was on our part. LOST ITEMS: The order may be traced to know its status, and there are often no losses of any type. Nevertheless, we provide the option of insuring the package for an additional fee if you want to feel more comfortable. SHIPPING CARRIERS: We ship through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Our choice of carrier for your order depends on several criteria, including the postal address, the order’s size and weight, and others. Orders that are delivered overseas may be subject to customs clearance processes when they arrive in their destination country, which might result in delivery times that are longer than expected. Because of this, Motifs and Prints is not liable for any problems resulting from delays in destination customs clearance or processing. These delays are out of our control. International orders may be subject to customs or taxes. Customs regulations differ greatly from one nation to the next.
