This is a “One of a Kind” completely refurbished vintage settee/ love seat. It sits low and is much smaller in size (measurements 4ft wide, 28″ deep, 30″ height) This settee is very special knowing that whoever built it, built it from love for someone he had to have loved very much. He put a lot of time and effort into crafting this custom settee. He spent more money where necessary and saved money in other areas unseen to the eye. I was so proud to come across the opportunity to purchase and refurbish this special piece. I had to completely strip this piece to its bare bones. We then has to adjust some of the wood structure and added better side support. We ditched the 2 seat cushions and decided to build up the seat by added a thicker foam. I stripped, sanded and stained the wood for a cleaner finish. For the design, I used some plush plaid wool by Woolrich and combined it with a stellar vintage Navajo wool rug, premium cowhide and rustic hammered silver nailheads. I added a fun soft Navajo design pillow for extra back support plus I feel it completes the overall design! All my designs are “one of a Kind” and are never replicated twice. I may use the same fabric but never on the same chair or exact design keeping true to designing all originals. All my designs come from used, preowned antiques or vintage pieces and are refurbished into one of a Kind works of art. You are buying “as is” and take on full responsibility once the piece is in your possession. Please be aware When using vintage Blankets & rugs to reupholster furniture, There is always a chance the materials can tear, unravel or rip, therefore I do not recommend using my designs in high traffic areas. This settee is listed for $2,000 plus shipping cost which should roughly cost $265 due to additional lift gate charges
